Course focus
Implementation of EN ISO 19036:2019 – Microbiology of the food chain — Estimation of measurement uncertainty for quantitative determinations.
Programme outline

Theoretical lectures covering the standard and the WG‑prepared guidance document.

Group exercises to apply the material.
Outcome: Participants will be able to implement the standard in their own laboratories.
Practical information

Bring your own laptop.
Selection criteria (evaluated by the EURLs)

Training needs of the NRL.

If a laboratory holds several NRL mandates, only one applicant from that laboratory may participate.
-
One participant per country for each EURL.
Priority is given to NRLs that did not take part in the last on‑site Training Courses on Measurement Uncertainty.
Funding
The EURLs will reimburse travel, accommodation, and subsistence for selected applicants in accordance with EU rules.
