A training sessions (webinar) on the morphological identification of Bactrocera adult took place on the 2^nd-3^rd December 2025 on the Microsoft Teams platform. More than sixty entomologists from different NRLs attended the webinar and had the opportunity to observe adult specimens live under a digital stereomicroscope and to try to identify them in real-time using a simplified key in the form of a quiz.

A training sessions on the morphological identification of Tephritidae larvae took place on 19^th-20^th November2025 in the EURL laboratory of Anses, in Montferrier-sur-Lez. Six entomologists from different NRLs had the opportunity to try their hand at dissecting and slide mounting fruit fly larvae and to practice identification with a key encompassing the taxa intercepted at import control in EU.
